Color Service Guarantees

We guarantee the longevity of our color services only with the use of recommended John Paul Mitchell hair care products. John Paul Mitchell hair care products are only guaranteed effective when purchased from a professional salon or school. 

 

Exchanges

Arrow Salon has a 100% guarantees on all Paul Mitchell products. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, we’ll be more than happy to exchange it for another product. If you are unhappy with a service please contact us immediately.  We do not offer refunds on services, but we will do everything in our power to resolve the issue.

 

Cancellations

Your appointments are very important to the team members at Arrow. We understand the sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. If you are unable to provide a 24 hour notice we do require a credit card to be placed on file to book your next service. If a 24 hour notice is not provided on the next service these actions will be put in place…

 

-Less than a 24 hour cancellation will result in a charge of 25% of the reserved service amount.

-“NO SHOWS” will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.  

 

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. 

 

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our Arrow team members scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. Arrow’s policies are presented to provided excellent services for our established and future clientele.
